First audio posts now a video post, despite what I say in the video it is only 1 minute 30 seconds NOT 30 minutes LOL

if there are things you feel are not right, please contact either the Ombudsman and or your Dept. of Public Health. numbers of both SHOULD be posted in the facility in a PUBLIC place.

Actually all those numbers, state and federal are given to you in the ‘resident agreement”. They are short staffed, especially on weekends. This is a Sunrise CCRC – with independent, assisted and skilled nursing care divisions. The physical surroundings are old and worn out, the food is surprisingly good, all made in house and the soup is superb. There are only 2 nurses for the entire floor to dispense meds and my husband’s morning meds are often dispensed near lunch time – the nurse (LPN) has several times tracked my husband down in the dining room! The staff is great and they are all dancing as fast as they can. The PT and OT and Speech/Memory therapists are top notch. It’s the lack of staff and physical facilities that are a problem to me – my husband’s bed broke the second day he was there, they switched it with the other bed in his room and then a few days later put another patient in it – poor bastard had to sleep in a broken bed for 2 days until they fixed it and he is totally bedridden! And this facility is rated 5 stars by Medicare and the other regulating agencies.

Loved this! But please don’t feel as if you have to hide your tiredness from us! Where it with pride as a badge of honor for how amazing you are for caring for George! You are doing yeomen’s work and I am so proud of you. Hang in there he will be home soon!

This video is fricking awesome Grace! How does this work this video sequence you were using? Okay, that question aside.
Good to hear you are okay even if tired and great news that george is receiving the treatment and great therapy needed.

There’s an app for iPhones called Clips. I used my Apple Memoji…and presto there you have it. There are pre-set Memoji that are a hoot. It’s pretty much like using Instagram filters to make reels…

I am going to be working with Insta this year, so l don’t even know what the filters are for there yet 🙂
I suspected it might have been an app with a phone, but sometimes there are those that can assist a desktop fuddyduddy like me 🙂

If you have an iPad that is considered IOS and you can use clips and probably Insta filters. You can use Instagram on a desktop but the desktop version has fewer options. I’ll check it out on my iPad and let you know.

I have seen very briefly that Desktop Insta is possible, but l still need to explore that 🙂

I checked it out…no go…You can upload photos and videos to Insta from an iPad and certainly from a desktop but you can’t create new content. My insta is @justtawkin
