I know you are referring to the coffee quote, or at least I think you are but sometimes you can get a laugh and tell a truth and somehow there is a residual feeling of “That’s kinda mean” as in another Fran Lebowitz quote “All God’s children are not beautiful. Most of God’s children are, in fact, barely presentable. The most common error made in matters of appearance is the belief that one should disdain the superficial and let the true beauty of one’s soul shine through. If there are places on your body where this is a possibility, you are not attractive—you are leaking.”
Yes I would agree these all seem like you in various ways! But lest we forget that despite your nature abhorring, city loving, sassiness you are also caring, thoughtful and loyal! Love you!
I do not abhor nature I just don’t see any reason to get dirty! I HAVE to be able to look out my windows and see trees and sky and birds. The operative phrase here is “LOOK OUT my windows” LOL And flower shops are the perfect place to get flowers… (Love you always…)
